This is a great resource from Realtor.com that goes over the 10 steps of buying a home in detail from figuring out if you’re ready to buy to the closing process.
This site is a great place to start! It’s a calculator in which you can put in your state and credit score to get an idea of what current rates in your area are at.
This is a worksheet that helps you decide what you can afford. It helps you look at the full picture of your finances so you can determine if now is the time to buy, and how much you can comfortably spend.
A loan is comprised of 3 different parts: Loan Term, Interest Rate Type, and Loan Type. This site goes over these 3 parts in detail so that you can explore what option might be best for you.
